Terms of Service

The Site provides information about 2 Renegades AI and our custom AI software, integration, workflow optimisation and conversational AI services, and lets you contact us. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between you and 2 Renegades AI, such as a statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• submit false, misleading or impersonating information through our forms;
• send spam, unsolicited advertising or malicious code;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems (including r2core) or other people’s data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by overloading it or bypassing rate limits or security measures; or
• scrape, copy or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our permission.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the 2 Renegades AI name, and software, are owned by or licensed to 2 Renegades AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for your own information, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You are responsible for the information you send us through the Site or our LinkedIn forms, and you confirm that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form; we can arrange a more suitable way to share it, including under a non-disclosure agreement. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content on the Site is for general information. Descriptions of our services, examples and results (such as reductions in manual workflow) illustrate what we have achieved or aim to achieve; they are not guarantees, and actual results depend on each project. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, professional advice or a commitment to provide services until we agree terms with you in writing.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2 Renegades AI and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and they do not affect any separate written agreement for our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2 Renegades AI from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
